Senior Account Manager – Global & Enterprise Clients


Responsibilities:
Observes and identifies customer’s needs and sells companies products and services to meet those needs. Demonstrates strong knowledge of organizations entire product line. Achieves monthly, quarterly, and annual quota goals within a geographic field sales territory. Accomplishment of these responsibilities will be in accordance with company policies, procedures, and strategic objectives; acting as primary customer advocate and interface within the company.
 

Qualifications:
Education:. Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Business/Communications or equivalent work experience in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 8 years sales/business experience, or proven track record of sales experience in the security, virtualization, or network management software, on-line services, computer products, or IT Data Center field. Proven performance including achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas. Desirable: Previous sales management or mentoring within sales teams.

 

Sales Account Executive - Partner and Channel Business Development


Responsibilities:
Observes and identifies customer’s needs and sells through other companies.  Demonstrates strong knowledge of an IT organization and methods of partnering with integrity.  Achieves monthly, quarterly, and annual quota goals within partner relationships. Accomplishment of these responsibilities will be in accordance with company policies, procedures, and strategic objectives; acting as primary sales and marketing  and interface within the company.
He/she prepares and maintains a sales opportunity pipeline utilizing company sales automation tools with each partner.
•Also keeps management informed with regular activity reports and verbal communication about IT trends.
•Responds to partner customer/prospects requests/issues in a timely and professional manner.


Qualifications:
Education:. Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Business/Communications or equivalent work experience in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.   Minimum Experience For Consideration: Minimum of 4 years sales/business experience, or proven track record of sales experience in the software, managed services , IT and data center products, Proven performance including achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas. Desirable: Previous channel and partner sales experience.


 

Senior Pre-Sales Engineer


Responsibilities:
The Pre sales  Engineer provides prospects, customers and Sales Representatives with in-depth technical product assistance during pre-sales discussions. They may provide installation support, training or post-sale consultation. Employees at this level have an advanced knowledge of the company’s products, partners and services offerings. They develop presentation materials, demonstration systems and self-running demonstration media.

 

Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Business or Computer Science desired. Minimum of 2-5 years in technical sales support and training. They provide leadership to the junior technical staff. They assist prospects with product evaluations. Specialized knowledge of skills include: Thorough knowledge of all areas of business operations. Ability to resolve complex pre-sales technical problems, working with field sales personnel. Capable of presenting complex technical concepts in a clear matter to customers through presentations, demonstrations and proposals. Excellent writing, editing, communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to research our products using Marketing, Support and Labs to create a solution to prospects’ business requirements. Research and provide information of our competition to the organization    Work Environment: General and/or home office environments required. Considerable stress level at times.
